How to book a free survey

An on-site survey is standard practice with us, not an optional paid extra. We turn up with a tape measure and plenty of experience, because accurate measurements are what later decide whether a window fits the opening like a glove and whether there'll be any draughts around the edges. The whole process comes down to three steps.

Step 1 – contact and initial chat

You call or write and tell us what you'd like replaced and where. At this stage we'll point out what to look out for and which window lines make sense for your needs – from warmer uPVC windows to aluminium frames.

Step 2 – a survey at your home

We agree on a convenient time and come to the address you've given us. We'll measure the openings, check the condition of the reveals and advise on windowsills, blinds or insect screens. It's the perfect moment to ask all your questions in person.

Step 3 – a no-obligation quote

Based on the survey, we put together a precise quote. No charges and no pressure – the decision is entirely yours, in your own time. If you decide to go ahead, we arrange a date for installation and delivery, and where needed, the option to spread the cost over instalments.

Where to find us

Our office sits in the centre of Białystok, on ulica Św. Rocha. It's one of the city's main thoroughfares, so getting here is easy whether you're coming from the roundabout or from the city centre. By public transport, several bus routes stop nearby.

If you're driving, head towards the centre – Św. Rocha runs close to the square with the distinctive church that's hard to miss. You'll find parking spaces in the area, although the very heart of the city can get busy at peak times, so it's worth allowing a few extra minutes to park.
